ButterMint

Ingredients

  • 1 pound unsalted, grass-fed butter, room temperature

  • 1/4 cup raw honey

  • 6 drops peppermint essential oil or extract

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients in a mixing bowl and whisk until completely combined and smooth. Add a drop or two of peppermint oil/Extract if desired.

  2. Using a piping bag, pipe small portions, about the size of a nickel, onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. If you don’t have a piping bag, you can also drop small portions of the butter mixture onto the pan using a spoon. Freeze.
