1 Littre juice of choice

 1/3 cup (heaping) quality gelatin powder (Holisticallywithmk, discount code)

My Favorite Gelatin (Kosher)

1/4 cup honey or maple syrup (optional)

 

Add gelatin powder and about 1/2 cup of the juice into a bowl and whisk. Set aside to "bloom"

 

Pour the remaining juice and sugar into a small pot, and heat until hot. Add bloomed gelatin and whisk until completely incorporated.

 

Lightly coat a casserole dish with a minimally flavored oil like coconut oil or butter, then pour your mixture in. Place into the fridge to cool and set for about 4 hours minimum. Cut into cubes and store in the fridge in an airtight container. Keeps for 10-15 days.
