But I didn’t overcome my Gut Issues, hypothyroidism, anxiety, and depression, H pylori Infection, Griefs, miscarriages because I never felt like giving up…
There have been many days where I felt like I was failing.
Where it would have been easier to crawl into bed, pull my blankets over my head, and give into the thought that Nothing will work for me is just how it’s going to be.
This Healing journey is tough and some days we’ll feel like we’re on top of the world while others we feel like the struggle is too much to take.
But here’s the truth: I overcome my Gut Issues, hypothyroidism, anxiety, and depression H pylori Infection, Grief, miscarriages because every time I was down, every time I felt like a failure and indulged into self-doubt…
I GOT BACK UP.
I picked up the pieces, mended a broken heart, questioned my negative self-talk, and showed up for my dream of Being healthy, getting rid of Flu symptoms in just a few hours, having the energy to keep up with the Kids, and going out and enjoying my shopping, losing weight and wearing my beautiful red dress that was in the closet years ago ….
It’s in those tough moments that true progress is made. Where we show up and give even just 2% instead of nothing at all.
That’s why support and community are so valuable. It adds another layer of commitment and support on those days where quitting seems like the only option.
