My Favorite Daily Detox Drink

Unfortunately, avoiding everyday chemicals that are harmful to your health is nearly impossible, especially when they are hidden in our clothing, furniture, soaps, and shampoos. Furthermore, we are constantly exposed to environmental pollutants as well as hazardous chemicals in our foods such as heavy metals, pesticides, and preservatives.

To avoid toxic overload, which can leave you feeling fatigued, moody, bloated, and achy, use detox drinks to help cleanse and purify your body.

Some of the best elements for detoxification are in my secret detox drink. It has been demonstrated that apple cider vinegar helps to cleanse your lymphatic and liver systems while also enhancing digestion and metabolism.

Your body is made more alkaline by lemon juice, which also helps to maintain a healthy pH balance. Your energy levels can be increased, your body can be detoxified, your skin can stay bright, and your immune system can be strengthened by drinking lemon water or adding it to drinks and juices.

In addition to reducing inflammation, promoting digestion, and boosting metabolism, the medicinal chemicals found in cinnamon, cayenne pepper, and ginger are also effective for weight loss. For this reason, ginger tea, for instance, is so well-liked. It has beneficial ingredients that improve your health and encourage detoxification.

Raw honey is an optional component of your detox beverage. Because it's a nutrient-dense natural sweetener, I like to add raw honey to a lot of my recipes for detox smoothies and health beverages. It enhances the drink's sweetness while providing the body with antioxidants.

INGREDIENTS

  • 16 ounces of warm or hot water

  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar

  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice

  • ½ teaspoon ground ginger

  • ¼ teaspoon cinnamon

  • 1 dash of cayenne pepper

  • 1 teaspoon raw, local honey


INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Warm the water.

  2. Mix all ingredients together.

  3. Best served warm but drink at the desired temperature.
